I work online over Zoom, so I can work with clients in any location. But, for legalities sake let me be very clear:
I am not a medical doctor and I am not a therapist. I do not offer any form of medical advice, treatment, intervention or therapy. I will help you strictly through the art and science of hypnosis!
Habits grow out of repetition and hypnosis is great for breaking habits, both physical and emotional. Hypnosis helps you use your mind, your consciousness, to change your life for the better.
You can too!
I made this video because...
Most people quit smoking after their first session. Each person is different. Get the e-book, "Five Steps To Freedom," for the best information.
Hypnosis is natural and happens all the time. You are in and out of trances all day every day. All people with normal responding brains are very capable of being hypnotized.
Hypnosis is not like on television or in the movies. Hypnosis creates control, your own mind control. When you are smoking, or doing any other habit, but you want to quit. The habit is taking you out of control. Hypnosis gives the control back to you.
I won't cluck like a chicken, will I?
Only if you really, really want to.
“You use hypnosis not as a cure but as a means of establishing a favorable climate in which to learn.” - Milton Erickson
Hypnosis is not new, and although it has gone in and out of fashion, it has always been a powerful way to change your life. Historically, Christians have many times been the community who considered it evil and dubious. And yet, in either prayer or a hypnosis session, the participant is going inside inside their own consciousness and making changes. They are essentially the same thing, an internal change and shift that results in an outward result. The most significant difference is that prayer is an ask, while hypnosis engages practiced results.
A good hypnotist will have their client practice the change in mental patterns until it seems natural, resulting in a behavior change. Most prayer practitioners do not rehearse or practice the outcome during a prayer session, they just say, "amen" and hope for the best.
Hypnosis has shown remarkable success in breaking patterns and altering an ingrained thought pattern, resulting in a specific behavior. As a hypnotist, I help people forgive. Sometimes they are forgiving a person, sometimes it is a situation, or an institution. In a hypnotic state, a client is highly receptive to suggestions, which allows me to lead clients into a new thought pattern. Sometimes, it is just a minor adjustment. If someone comes to me because they absolutely HATE someone. I can't remove that hatred from their heart. No one can. However, if my client wants to change their behavior toward that specific person, I can help lead them to new conclusions about how they want to behave, which gives them options instead of feeling stuck in a rut as to how they act with a specific person.
Another area in which hypnosis has shown tremendous effectiveness is stress reduction and feelings of anxiousness. Many modern diseases have their trigger in stress. Finding ways to reduce the stress of work, family, raising children, caring for adults, and just life in general is invaluable. Hypnosis is excellent at providing mental space for self-regulation and even pain management.
Did you know that many Olympic teams employ a hypnotist? All sports have the element of competition, not only with another athlete but especially with the self. One of the most obvious is golfers because they mainly play against themselves. Weightlifters, gymnasts, and many other sports are mind-control sports. But it's not just sports; performance and self-confidence are also essential in music, public speaking, and even sales.
It's no wonder that hypnosis is once again emerging as a potent tool for creating change across various aspects of human existence. Its unique ability to access the subconscious mind and alter thought patterns has proven effective in managing pain, stress, and performance anxiety. Countless success stories stand as a testament to its power, making it an invaluable tool for anyone seeking to create positive change and a better life.

Everyone is born with something that makes them unique. I have great musical talent. I made a fine living as a musician for most of my life, and that career took me all over the world. I've headlined shows on major stages in Las Vegas casinos, London's West End as a Chippendale, jazz clubs in Los Angeles, and as a solo performer on first-class cruise ships worldwide. I'm grateful for my talent, but singing on international stages wasn't my first passion. There is more to me than music and performing.
Mental change work has been a lifelong passion and key to my own happy life. I am constantly looking to better myself, my body, and my mental state. Naturally, I enjoy sharing what I learn with the interested people around me to have better, happier lives too.
I've come to understand the human mind as constantly filtering new information into working habits. Most of those habits are very beneficial. But some of our mental habits create chaos and a decline in health. Whether physical or mental, those habits need to be changed.
Hypnosis is the most effective and easiest way to break both physical and emotional habits. I've used self-hypnosis to create change in my brain patterns for forgiveness. Eventually, I learned how to help others break their mental and physical habits. I started by helping people quit smoking. I love seeing the change in your life, whether you are quitting smoking, becoming better at taking a test, changing your diet patterns, or creating an interest in healthy movement. You entire life is just a collection of habits.
I've continued to study through the years and have a Doctorate in Consciousness Studies from Emerson Theological Institute. I am also a certified hypnotist through the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists.
